  Aroma Profile

  A fresh, crisp blend with strong eucalyptus and herbaceous notes, balanced by bright citrus and a warm, slightly spicy base. Clean, sharp and invigorating, with a smooth finish that keeps it from feeling too harsh.
  
  

  How To Use

  Diffuse
  Add 3–5 drops of Breathe Blend to your diffuser to create a fresh, clear and refreshing atmosphere.

  Steam inhalation
  Add 1–2 drops to a bowl of steaming water, close your eyes and inhale gently. Use caution with hot water and avoid direct contact with the skin or eyes.

  Topical (diluted)
  Mix 1–2 drops with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil and apply to the chest, neck or pulse points.

  Shower steam
  Add 2–3 drops to the corner of the shower floor, away from direct water flow, to create a refreshing aromatic steam.

  Massage
  Mix 2–3 drops with carrier oil and massage into the chest, shoulders or upper back.

  Important
